At the back of the volume entries are given detailing the names of servants and the wages they were paid, namely: John Brasher; Ann Bromage; Susan Breme; Elizabeth Barnes; Jane Moor; Sarah Page; Elizabeth Quintin; [J?] Grierson, gardener; Susan Page, under laundry maid and Sarah Hoare.
Volume appears to relate largely to the Coventry family's property Coventry Hall, Streatham [London].
Volume includes 14 loose sheets, being additional accounts, bills and other related items, including: 'The Annual Report of the Committee of the Streatham Schools Society, 1821' (705:73 BA14450/173/8-i). These additional items are now kept in a separate file (705:73 BA14450/173/8 a-n)
