At the front of the volume there is an 'Inventory of the Plate at Streatham, Aug[ust] 13th 1825'.
At the back of the volume entries are given detailing the names of servants and the wages they were paid, namely: Edward Brasher, bailiff; J. Grierson, gardener; Ann Bromage, dairy maid; Elizabeth Quintin, cook and housekeeper; Susan Page, laundry maid; Sarah Hoare, laundry maid; James Dixon; Sarah Bradley, cook; Susan Poacher; Richard Goodes, butler; Mary Goodes, housemaid; Eliza Peart; John Dillon; James Folks; Elizabeth Aston, laundry maid; Elizabeth Wheeler, laundry maid; John Evans and Thomas Bincks.
Volume appears to relate largely to the Coventry family's property Coventry Hall, Streatham [London].
Volume includes 10 loose sheets, being additional accounts and bills.
