Barnt Green

New website

Barnt Green Parish Council is working on a new website which will be unveiled during July 2017. 

Network Rail update

Local railway improvement works are ongoing including electrification of the line through Barnt Green to eventually increase future capacity that will see an extra three trains per hour between Bromsgrove and Birmingham.
Details of the dates when some possibly disruptive works will take place are available from the parish council office and cover the period 17th June 2017 to 27th December 2017.

Speed Watch Volunteers Wanted

 The County's Road Safety Partnership has given the green light to set up a Community Speed Watch group for Bittell Road.  Please contact the Executive Officer if you would like to volunteer to take part and help to keep our roads safe.

WE’RE ‘JOE BLOGG’ MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, RESIDENT IN BARNT GREEN WITH NO POLITICAL or CHURCH BIAS.
We meet at 7pm at 80 Hewell Road on the 1st Wednesday of each month and spend around six to eight hours each month advising and helping to run our village.
