DescriptionGiving to Richard Beauchamp those four parcels of land and one parcel of meadow lying in the lordship of Hanley which he recently had of the gift and feoffment of Nicholas Wodeward of the parish of Ledbury, as is clear from a charter executed for the same John by Nicholas himself to be held with all appurtenances to the said Richard, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: Simon Hanley, Robert Hanley, William Estyngton, William Fysher, Nicholas Grove and others.
Dated at Hanley.
