DescriptionGiving to John Kew and Isabel his wife a messuage called Halysheyiswith three acres of arable land adjoining, in length between the land of Richard Baron, Richard Lechemer and John Carpynter on the east and the aforesaid messuage on the west, and in breadth between the land of John Carpynter on the north [on both sides?]; also two acres of arable land lying in Haleasshecroft, in length between the land of John Carpynter on the west and the land called Bradewyllyson the east and in breadth between the land recently belonging to John Venne on the south and Bradewyllyson the north; also one daywork (dietat') of arable land lying in Wodewyll, in length between the land of Richard Churchehey on the west and that of John Cornewale on the east, and in breadth between the land of the said John Kew on the north and that of John Cornewale on the south; also one daywork of arable land lying in , in length between the land of Henry Meysy on the south and that of Richard Lechemer on the north, and in breadth between the land of Matilda Lynton on the east and that of John Wodeman de la Lane on the west; and [finally] one parcel of meadow lying at Thomas Pulle, which lies in exchange each year (iacet in excambio quolibet anno) with William Hanley and John Trygge and others; to be held with all appurtenances to the said John and Isabel, their heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lords of those fees by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed.
