DescriptionGiving to Richard Teele of the same vill three parcels of meadow in the same vill, of which one lies in the meadow called Aldemede, in length between Le Homme and the furlong (culturam) called Staunteley, a parcel which is shared (dividitur) annually and alternately with another parcel of meadow once belonging to William Onstrit; the second lies opposite Le Redecleve, between the meadow once belonging to William Onstrit and that of Thomas de Hanley; and the third lies between the meadow once belonging to John Carpenter and that of John Boner; these latter two parcels are those which John Bradewell, his father, acquired from Thomas Cade, in a transaction more fully described in a charter of feoffment drawn up by the said Thomas in favour of John Bradewell's father; to be held with all appurtenances to the said Richard, his heirs and assigns, freely [etc] in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed.
