DescriptionGiving to Robert Grove of Severn End ( Sevarnende) seven selions of arable land in the vill of Hanley, of which four selions lie in Longecroftebetween the land of the said Robert on the south and that of Nicholas Whytemere on the north, and three selions lie in the same field, between the land of the said Robert on the south and that of John Byseleye on the north; and to the same Robert two selions lying in Burleyfield (Boureleyfeld Noysacre), between the land of John Garde on the north and that of Robert Lechemere on the south; to be held with its hedges, ditches and other appurtenances to the said Robert, his heirs and assigns, of the chief lord of the fee, freely [etc] in perpetuity, by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: Thomas de Hanley, John Wodeward, John Blundel, Thomas Webbe, Robert Lechemere and many others.
