DescriptionTo Henry Hanley and Margaret his wife of five messuages, 44 acres of land, 12 acres of pasture and ten acres of meadow, with appurtenances, in Hanley, county Worcester (Wigorn'), which recently by a writ close of the king issued to the king's bailiffs to be terminated according to the custom of the manor before John Savage knight and Thomas Biston, bailiff of the king's manor of Hanley, and Richard Frewen, Richard Gateley and Roger Spaldyng, suitors to the court of the said manor, according to the immemorial customs of the manor, they had recovered against Henry Chambrur, Roger Frewen, John Baughe, Thomas Lachemere and William Frewen; to be held to Henry and Margaret and their legitimate heirs of the chief lord of the fee by the services formerly due from the property and accustomed; in the absence of heirs of Henry Hanley and Margaret, remainder to Henry and his heirs in perpetuity.
Also grant of power of attorney to Richard Baron and John Hancok, for delivery of seisin. Sealing clause.
