Witnesses: John Grove, John Frewen, Richard Chawllner, William Hyggus and many others.
(the annexe, in English) : for the use of the lessor and Annis his wife, for their lives, with remainder to William son of Thomas Dyllwyn except that one messuage remains to Roger his other son; and if Roger sells it he must sell to William only.
