Dated at Hanley.

Seal: (1) lost; (2) white wax, fragment.
(The name J Hyggus is written in the ornament of the capital of the first word (Sciant), presumably the name of the scribe or notary).

1. The date shows the seventh day of an unnamed month, 3 Hen VIII (22 April 1511 - 21 April 1512).
