DescriptionGiving to John Savage senior, knight, Thomas Heywarde, Roger Benet, James Morgan and Richard Chaunflowre all their lands and tenements, meadows, pastures and pasture rights, with all appurtenances, lying in various places in the lordship, vill, fields and meadows of Hanley and elsewhere in county Worcester (Wigornie); to be held to [the lessees], their heirs and assigns, according to the intention of a certain document (script') annexed to this charter, of the chief lords of those fees by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: Roger Frewen, John Grove, John Frewen, John Staunton and many others.
Dated at Hanley.
(the annexe, in English) for the use of Agnes Dylwyn for her life only, with remainder to William Dylwyn and Alice his wife and their heirs.

Seal: red wax (1) device of letter I in a square frame; (2) merchant's mark; (3) illegible; (seals 2 and 3 are on the same tag).
