DescriptionGiving to Elizabeth Frewen his sister, wife of a certain Richard Frewen recently of Severn Stoke (Stoke super Sabrinam), his whole messuage with croft adjoining in Southend in the vill of Hanley, between the tenement of William Hanley on the north and that of Walter Baron on the south, and between the king's highway on the east and the field called Westfield (Westfylde) on the west; along with five and a half acres of land lying in the lordship of Hanley Castle; to be held with appurtenances to Elizabeth Frewen and the lawful heirs of Richard and Elizabeth in perpetuity, of the chief lords of the fee by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
Witnesses(English) (at delivery and seisin, given by Richard Hill and George Moyses): William Frewen, Christopher Birche, William Fissher, Richard Petyt, George Walwyn and Henry Hiyet.
Dated at Hanley Castle.

Seal: red wax, device of letters E W as monogram.
