DescriptionGiving to John Cavill junior his whole messuage with an orchard and a close adjoining situated in Roberts End Street (Robertysendestrete), in breadth between the land of the prior and convent of Little Malvern on the east and that of the said John Cavill on the west and extending in length from the land of the said prior on the north to Roberts End Street on the south; along with all his other lands, meadows, pastures and pasture rights with appurtenances lying in various places in the fields, meadows, district (territorio) and parish of Hanley, except two acres of arable land lying together in Cavillesfeld, extending from the said close on the south to the land of the prior and convent on the north; which messuage and other premises specified above he recently had of the gift, grant and feoffment of William Bawghe deceased; to be held to John Cavill junior, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lord of those fees by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed.
