DescriptionTo Richard Wodward and his heirs and assigns, of all possible right and claim in a messuage with a close adjoining in Roberts End (Le Robertysende) in the lordship of Hanley, between the land recently belonging to William Seerde on the west and that of the said Richard Wodwarde on the east, and extending in length from the land of the said William on the north to the public road (vicum communem) called Roberts End Street (Robertysendestrete)on the south, [property] which they recently had of the gift and grant of John Crompe deceased [and which they sold to William Bawghe] by a charter of Gilbert and Margery written for the same William Bawghe, and which William Bawghe of Hanley deceased had entered and was seised of in fee simple and had granted by charter to the said Richard Wodward, to be held to him, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from it and lawfully accustomed, so that Richard in turn entered it and was seised of it. Clause excluding future claims. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
