Warranty clause. Peter gave Robert 20s in advance. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: Roger Golafre, then constable of Hanley (Hanlegh'), Thomas de Hanley, Peter Absolon, Richard Symond, Robert the forester, John Blundel, Richard de la Hulle and many others.
