Clause excluding future claims. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: Thomas de Hanley, Robert le Wodeward, Robert de Grava, Peter de Bosch, William Speoth and others.
Dated at Hanley. With envelope

Seal: green wax, device of diamond superimposed on a square with central boss in relief.
