DescriptionGiving to John son of Richard de Grava (Grava iuxta Sabrinam) of the same vill, for his service and a certain sum of money in advance, one acre of his land lying in Northfield (Northfeld) containing eight selions, of which four lie on (super) Sondhulle in the said field between the land of Robert ate Hale and that of Richard Tele and four lie between the land of John son of Adam Wilkyn and Sondhulle; and [also giving] half an acre of meadow in the meadow called Boterwelle between the meadow of Robert de la Hale and that of Robert Mawarthyn; to be held with all appurtenances of the chief lord of the fee to the said John and his heirs or assigns, freely [etc], in perpetuity, rendering annually to the chief lord the services due and accustomed.
