DescriptionGiving to Isabel his daughter and John Cavel son of John Cavel of the same vill the reversion of the whole of his built messuage in Roberts End ( Robardesende), lying between the messuage of Henry Adam on the east and John Toky's croft on the west and between the land of John Pen on the south and the highway ( altam viam) on the north; also the reversion of four dayworks of land, of which two lie in the croft of Bonhey next to the land of Thomas de Hanley and two in Lantridge (Lantrugg) between John Toky's land and that of Thomas de Hanley, with hedges, ditches and freeboard adjacent; to be held to Isabel and John and their legitimate heirs after the deaths of John Toky and his wife Alice, of the chief lord of the fee, freely [etc] in perpetuity, by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed; but if they die without issue the property is to revert to John Toky and his heirs.
