DescriptionGiving to John Bawghe of the same vill and Anne his wife three acres of arable land lying in various places in the district (territorio) of Hanley, of which two acres lie side by side (coniunctim) in a certain field called Burleyfield (Burleyfeld), extending in length between the land of William Bawghe on each side, namely east and west, and in breadth between the land of Roger Bagger on the south and that of William Hanley on the north, and the third acre lies in Lechemerfeld, extending in length between the public road (viam publicam) on the west and the land of the said William Hanley on the east and in breadth between the land of Alice Baron on the south and that of John Saunders on the north; to be held with appurtenances to John and Anne, their heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lords of those fees by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
