DescriptionGiving to John Tele, son of Richard Tele recently of Hanley, deceased, a messuage called Teleesplace lying in Hanley in Severn End (Sevarne es ende), between the public road (communem viam) on the south and the messuage of John Hankoc on the north and extending from the orchard of the said messuage [sc. of John Hankoc] on the west to the messuage of William Baker on the east; to be held to the said John Tele, his heirs and assigns, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed, in perpetuity, along with all its lands, tenements, meadows, pastures and pasture rights, hedges, ditches, fences, freeboard (frebord') and trees and all other appurtenances belonging in any way to the said messuage, which [John Sampson] along with Henry Hanley and Joan Garnesay both now deceased, had recently acquired with all the above appurtenances, along with other lands and tenements [etc], by a charter of feoffment executed for them by the said Richard Tele. Sealing clause.
