DescriptionGiving to John Chestur and Margery his wife of Hanley two parcels of arable land lying in the fields of Hanley, of which one parcel of land lies in Brokeredyngbetween the land of John Yemanon the south and that of the lord Warwick (Warwyce) on the north, and extends in length from the public lane (a commune fenella) called Wodestreton the east to the land of Richard Somur on the west, and the other parcel lies in Shawfield (Le Shawe ), between the path called Heyne lone on the east and the land of Richard Frewyn and John Wyse on the west, and extends in length from the land of John Lawton on the south to that of John Lechemere on the north; to be held with fences, hedges and all other appurtenances to the said John and Margery, their heirs and assigns, freely [etc] in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed.
