DescriptionTo William Stokke of Ryall (Ruyhale) and Joan his wife, of a messuage lying in the vill of Hanley called Bandyesplace, along with seven acres of arable land, and three parcels of meadow lying in the meadow called Severn Meadow (Sevarnemede) in the lordship of Hanley, [all of] which he recently acquired, along with Bernard Damaneys of Ryall, of the gift and feoffment of the said William; to be held with all appurtenances to the said William and Joan for the term of Joan's life, freely [etc] in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed; with remainder after Joan's death to the heirs and assigns of the said William.
