DescriptionGiving to William Grove of Hanley, John Wodeman of the same vill in the lane (venella), Thomas More of the parish of Prestbury and William Heme of the same his whole messuage with all appurtenances situated in Roberts End (Robertysend) in the parish of Hanley, in length between the close of Thomas Hondy on the west and that of John Frewyn on the east and in breadth between the land of Thomas Hondy on the south and the king's highway (viam regiam) called Roberts End Street (Robertysendstrete) on the north; and also a field called Haywardysfelesituated in Blackmore End (Blakemorende), extending in length from the road called Blackmore Street (Blakemorstrete) to the road called Aylers End Street (Aylewordisendestrete), and in breadth between the land of John Yeman on the east and the field called Newlonde on the west; the messuage to be held with all appurtenances, and the field with its meadows, pastures, pasture rights, fences, ditches, trees and all other appurtenances, to the said William, John, Thomas and William, their heirs and assigns, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed, in perpetuity.
