DescriptionGiving to Richard Teele of the same vill one parcel of arable land lying in the same vill in the field called Clevelodesfurlonge, in length between the messuage of Roger atte Stretende on the east and the land of Robert Grayell on the west and in breadth between the land of the said Robert on the north and the road called Le Churchewey on the south; and also one selion of arable land lying in the same vill in the field called Burleyfield (Burleyfeld), in breadth between the land of Richard Teele himself on the east and that of Roger himself on the west and in length extending from the land of John Grove to that of Edward Stone; to be held with its hedges, ditches and all other appurtenances to the said Richard, his heirs and assigns, freely [etc] in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed.
