DescriptionGiving to Thomas Dylewyn and Agnes his wife their whole tenement with adjoining garden and four acres of land called Cleyeputys, which they had of the gift and feoffment of the said Thomas Dylewyn at Roberts End (Robertysend) in the lordship of Hanley, as is apparent from a charter executed for [the grantors] in that matter; to be held with garden, croft and all other appurtenances to the said Thomas and Agnes, and the heirs and assigns of the said Thomas, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the property and lawfully accustomed.
