DescriptionTo Roger Frewen, Eleanor his wife and William their son of a meadow called Oughley, with appurtenances, lying in Hanley next to Severn Meadow (Severn medowe), with the lessees to have all lops and crops growing in the meadow; to be held for 80 years from Michaelmas next, rendering annually 13s 4d in equal portions at Michaelmas and the Annunciation; distraint is permitted if payment falls one month behind, and re-entry to the tenement if it falls six weeks behind. Sealing clause.

1. Part of the date is lost, only the day of the month (8th) and the name of the king (Henry VIII) surviving. A date of 1510-20 is suggested by the names of the parties.
