DescriptionGiving to Thomas Lachmar senior and Eleanor his wife of the same vill four selions lying in the field called Lachmers feldin the said lordship, between the land of Richard Stok on the east and that of Roger Frewen recently of Worcester on the west, with one end abutting on the land of the said Thomas senior on the north and the other [abutting] on the land of the said Richard Stok [on the south]; and also two selions lying in the same field, in Le Deyne , between the land recently belonging to Richard Carpynter on the east and that of William Grove on the west, with each end abutting on the land of the said Thomas Lachmar senior; and also two other selions lying in the same lordship in the field commonly called Northfield (Northfeld), between the land of Roger Frewen of Forthey on the north and that of Richard Frewen on the south, with one end abutting on the meadow called Eyghtmanmedowe on the east and the other abutting the land of Edmund Boner on the west; and also one selion lying on Kyngynhull, between the land belonging to the chantry (cantuar') of St Clement, recently in the occupation of William Hanley, on the north, and the land of John Baron on the south; to be held with appurtenances to the said Thomas senior and Eleanor his wife, their heirs and assigns, of the chief lords of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed, in perpetuity.
