DescriptionGiving to Thomas Lechmer senior of Hanley one acre of arable land once belonging to the said William Boner lying in the field commonly called Lechmersfeldin the lordship of Hanley Castle, extending in length to the land of the said Thomas on the east and as far as the croft of Oliver Knottisford on the west, and in breadth from the land of Henry Hanley on the south as far as that of Richard Stokke on the north; to be held with appurtenances to the said Thomas, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lords of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
