DescriptionGiving to William Powell his whole pasture of land with appurtenances lying in Northeleylond in the lordship of Hanley Castle (Castyll), county Worcester (Wigorn'), which he recently got from Agnes Horton, in length between the land of John Baron on the east and that of Thomas Lechemare, Edward Bawgh and the said William Powell on the west, and in breadth between the land of the said Edward Bawgh on the south and that of Roger Frewen on the north; to be held to William, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lords of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause. The grantor has delivered seisin personally and William has given him a certain sum of money in advance. Sealing cause.
