DescriptionGiving to William Frewen and John Suffeld all the messuages, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures and pasture rights, customary (consuet') rents and services, which he holds or which anybody else holds for his use in the lordship of Hanley, otherwise called Hanley Castle, county Worcester (Wigorn'), except one tenement which his father Thomas Lechmere got from Roger Churchey in Hanley and another parcel of land and meadow which Richard himself recently got from Roger Lechmere in the said lordship; to be held with appurtenances to William and John, their heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services formerly due from the property and lawfully accustomed.
