This session will give a practical introduction on how to use the archives, what resources there are and how to access them, as well a chance to go behind the scenes and see some of the most special items we hold in the archives such as Shakespeare's marriage bond and letters from the Titanic. It's a great opportunity to find out more about the potential of archive resources for artistic inspiration. The archive desk will be open on this day too so you can start searching straight away if you like! A dedicated member of staff will be available until 2pm to offer extra help. This is a small group session where there will be the chance to ask questions. For project participants only.
