Archive Visit

Thank you for your interest in visiting the archives. With the safety of our customers in mind we have had to implement certain guidelines.

Before you make your booking please be mindful of the following:
 
The original archive area is reopening currently closed, and we'll open for viewing pre-ordered documents on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30-15:30. We are currently only accepting one booking per person per week. We can also only accommodate one person per booking. If you have special assistance requirements, please let us know in advance. Our self-service area is currently not open to the public.
 
Please only book a place when you have the full archive reference numbers for the documents you wish to see. Please enter the details of what you wish to see in 'Additional Information' when you book. If you do not know your references please get in touch  using our enquiry system and we will do our best to assist you.  We reserve the right to cancel bookings made without reference numbers.

Completed bookings  must be made at least a week in advance. We are unable to accept amendments after this date. You can pre-order a maximum of 10 separate items. Please be aware when making your booking that your contact details will be retained for 21 days from the date of your visit for track and trace purposes.
