Speed reduction on A448 through the Parish of Dodford to 50mph

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following length of road in Dodford, Bromsgrove to 50 miles per hour: A448 Kidderminster Road from a point 132 metres northwest of its junction with Perryfields Lane, Bromsgrove in a generally westerly direction to a point 475 metres northwest of its junction with Berry Lane, Dodford.

Worcestershire County Council - Mobile Library proposed changes to vehicle routes and stopping off points - consultation period closes 31 October 2014

Customers of Worcestershire County Council's mobile library are being asked to comment on the proposals for change to the vehicles routes and stopping off points. The consultation will run for 12 weeks from 11 August to 31 October. Customers using the mobile library service can feedback their views by: • Completing an online questionnaire - www.worcestershire.gov.uk/librariesandlearning • Completing a hard copy of the questionnaire available from the mobile library or from any library There will also be an opportunity to talk to senior staff from the Libraries and Learning Services team on the mobile when it tours the county at the end of September. All of the responses received during the consultation period will be taken into account before any changes are made to the mobile library service. During the mobile library consultation period all customers currently using the Library Service At Home will also be contacted directly by staff to discuss future planned changes to their service too. Bromsgrove District Plan - Consultation period closes 11 November 2013

Bromsgrove District Council has published its Proposed Submission version of the Bromsgrove District Plan for a six-week formal representation period (30th September to 11th November 2013) prior to its submission to the Government for independent examination.The Bromsgrove District Plan Proposed Submission document outlines the strategic planning policy framework for guiding development in the District up to 2030. It comprises a long-term vision and strategic objectives, a development strategy, key policies, strategic site allocations and a monitoring and implementation statement.
