Community Infrastructure Levy - Neighbourhood Fund
Bayton Parish Council is required to report on an annual basis information relating to monies received from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Authority, which in our case is Malvern Hills District Council.
For the financial year starting 1st April 2022 and ending 31st March 2023 a total amount oF £108.96 was received. The money is held in an earmarked fund and will be spent on items of benefit to the residents of Bayton Parish.

PARISH COUNCIL ELECTIONS JUNE 2023
MHDC called a second election on the above date but no persons stood, another election will be called by MHDC in due course. If you are interested in becoming a Cllr please let me know. The PC cannot meet until an election is held and one more person is elected onto the PC.
