Parish Publications

Following the passing of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Parish Council will now publicise the availability of information about its affairs. The public have a general right of access to many types of recorded information held by public authorities. Any person who makes a request to a public authority for information must be informed whether the public authority holds that information and, subject to exemptions, will be supplied with that information.

Copy of Annual Governance Statements and all documents signed by the PC at the last meeting, also Bank Reconcilitation for the year, Annual Return, Assets Register and Receipts and Payments for 2020-2021

Public Rights to view accounts

This notice explains the process if you wish to view the accounts, the accounts have been examined by an Independent Internal Auditor, by law the accounts do not need to be seen by an External Auditor, there is a notice regarding Status of Accounts

Reserves Policy MAY 2021

Reserves can be held by the PC for many things, this is the policy the PC have adopted and a list of reserves held on 31st March 2021

Delegation Policy MAY 2021

This policy was revised due to the pandemic, if the PC cannot meet for any reason matters can be agreed by email to ensure items are dealt with in a timely fashion

Accounts for 2019-2020

This is all the accounting documents signed by Chairman and Clerk as agreed at the June 2020 meeting, it included receipts, payments, reserves held, budget, assets list, bank reconciliation and annual return
