DescriptionGiving to Walter son of Richard Wilkyn half an acre of land containing six butts and two gores lying in Partrichesforlong, in breadth between the path which leads from the king's highway (via regia) towards the Severn and the land of John Wilkyn, and extending in length from the land of the said Christiana to the road which lies between Partrichesforlong and the furlong (culturam) of the chief lord of Hanley, along with a hedge (haissia) growing on the north and facing the said land, as is more fully shown by boundary markers (per metas et bundas); to be held with all appurtenances of the chief lord of the fee to the said Walter and his heirs and assigns, by the services due from it and accustomed, in perpetuity. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
