DescriptionJohn Wodeward has leased to Robert Cavel the whole of his tenement in Hanley, situated between the land of John Cavel and that of John Colyns, to be held with all and singular appurtenances to the said Robert and his heirs and assigns of the said John and his heirs and assigns, freely [etc] without contradiction, for a term of 90 years, rendering annually to [the lessor] and his heirs and assigns 12d of the usual coin ( usualis monete) at the four terms and suit of court to the said John Wodeward. Warranty clause. Mutual sealing clause.
Witnesses: John Hanley, Thomas Webbe, John le Wodeward senior, Thomas Hentelone, William Sput and others.
