DescriptionGiving to Richard Lechmer and Margery his wife a meadow called Pryors Lesowelying in the parish of Hanley, county Worcester (Wigorn'), which had been granted to him, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, among other property by letters patent under the great seal dated 26 January 1544 and which was now or recently in the tenancy of Thomas Byston by right of his wife by copy of court roll, having recently belonged to the priory of Little Malvern, now dissolved; to be held and enjoyed with all appurtenances of the lord, the king and his successors, in socage, on the same terms as William had held it, by rendering 7d annually as tithe at Michaelmas at the Court of Augmentations for all services and demands, and for the sum of ð 7 paid to William by Richard and Margery in advance and in full satisfaction; to be held for the benefit and use of Richard and Margery, their heirs and assigns, in perpetuity. Warranty clause. And also grant of power of attorney to John Suffylde and Roger Frewen to deliver possession and seisin. Sealing clause.
