Walter gave Richard a certain sum of money in advance. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: Roger de Hanley, Robert le Wodeward, Robert de la Grave, John Apsolon, John Symond, Adam le Porter, Adam Bloundel and many others.
