DescriptionTo Thomas Adames of the same vill, his heirs and assigns, of all possible right and claim in one daywork of arable land with appurtenances in the vill of Hanley in the field called Cavelsfeld, between the land of John Cavel and the messuage of John Wodeward senior, except for an annual payment of 2d to be made to the grantors and their heirs. Warranty clause; and if Thomas is dispossessed he may have, without any contradiction by Nicholas and his wife, their heirs or anybody else, three dayworks of land lying in Tickeridge ( Tykerugge) which once belonged to Thomas Wyse. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: John Cavel senior, John Cavel junior, Henry Adames, William Frewyn, Adam Frewyn and many others.
