DescriptionTo John Trygge and Avice his wife of the same vill and their heirs and assigns, of one daywork of land with a parcel of meadow adjacent in Hanley lying in Northfield (Northfeld) in the area (territorio) called Kyngynhull, between the land of William Sampson on the south and that of John Sampson on the north and extending in length from the land of the said John Trygge and William Sampson on the west as far as the stream (rivilum) at Odmede on the east; to be held with all appurtenances to the said John Trygge and Avice his wife and their heirs and assigns for a term of 20 years from [Michaelmas 1391]; if the lessees are expelled they may enter and take seisin of one selion in Kyngynhull between the land of Thomas Cade on the north and that of Richard Bandy on the south and retain it to the end of the term. Warranty clause. Sealing clause : the seals of John Trygge and his wife are appended.
