DescriptionGiving to Richard Seerd of the same vill two parcels of meadow in Severn Meadow ( Sevarnemede), of which one is called Mapelmeduealong with one headland ( hadlond) next to it, lying between the meadow of John Boner on the east and Overhommeon the west and between the meadow of Thomas Hanleye on the south and that of Thomas Wyse and John Carpenter on the north, a meadow which is exchanged [sc. annually] with a meadow called Boremedue which the grantee will have in exchange just as the grantor had; and the second parcel lies alongside the Severn ( per SabrinamSmalhamme), extending from the meadow of Richard Tryg on the north to that of John Tele on the south; to be held with hedges, ditches and all other appurtenances, and with reversion of the gift when it occurs, to the said Richard Seerd his heirs and assigns, freely [etc], of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Warranty clause, for the gift and the reversion. Sealing clause.
