DescriptionGiving to Thomas Lechemere all their meadows with appurtenances lying in the meadow called Severn Meadow (Severnmedowe) and a parcel of arable land lying in the field called Hyettes, at one time Whitmers, in the parish of Hanley, [all of] which they recently had, with other lands, along with the late Richard Teele, of the gift and feoffment of Richard Lechemer, father of the said Thomas; to be held to the said Thomas, his heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lord of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed. Sealing clause.
Witnesses: John Savage knight, James Knottesford, Alan Cotton, Walter Baron, Thomas Garde and others.
Dated at Hanley.
