DescriptionGiving to Thomas Lechmer senior his brother, son of the same Richard, of Hanley, and [to] Eleanor his wife one acre of arable land once belonging to the said Richard Lechmer lying in the field commonly called Lechmersfelde in the lordship of Hanley Castle, in length extending to the land of the said Thomas in Northfield on the north and the land of John Badger on the south and in breadth between the land of William Grove on the east and that of St Clement on the west; to be held with appurtenances to the said Thomas senior and Eleanor his wife and their heirs and assigns, in perpetuity, of the chief lords of the fee by the services due from the land and lawfully accustomed.
