Leaves to his son Nicholas Lechmere Charlton all the west part of property called Oval Field and Green's North Field in Hanley Castle, to his son Anthony Lechmere a messuage and farm known as Sniffs-End in the parishes of Corse and Haunton in the counties of Worcester and Gloucester and in the possession of John Clarke, a messuage and farm known as Herberts and Laughtons in Hanley Castle now in the possession of Benjamin Lloyd, a cottage in the possession of [blank] Smith, a messuage and related property at Hanley Quay in the possession of William Lucy and Charles Lucy, a messuage and related property in Hanley Castle in the possession of John Green between Hangman Lane and Shaw Lane and closes in Hanley Castle known as Shop Ground, Church Park and Eighteen Acres in the possession of Edmund Lechmere and John Lane and a messuage and farm in Hanley Castle and Upton upon Severn in the possession of Widow Bagnall and several messuages and related property in Hanley Castle in the possession of William Fox, [blank] Woodward, William Little, Thomas Nutt, Thomas Turner, William Tarling, Francis Waring, Edward Turner, [blank] Allen, Robert Mayall, John Silvester, [blank] Green, Robert Jackson, Samuel Beale and Abel Smith, all property allotted to the Lord Bishop of Worcester, further described. Leaves to his wife five hundred pounds and a further one thousand pounds. Appoints his sons Nicholas Lechmere Charlton and Anthony Lechmere as joint executors (original will dated 20 December 1792, codicils dated 1798-1803)
