The trial took place at King's Bench on 3 July 1809, before Lord Ellenborough and a special jury in Westminster Hall. A verdict was returned for the Plaintiff for all the upholstery goods, but deducting all other charges for carpenters, smiths' work, painters glaziers etc.. Published by S.
