Three serving staff are visible in the background.
The lower left corner of the mounting has the words " T. Bennett and Sons" [photographers] blind embossed in gold, whilst the lower right corner has the words "Worcester and Malvern" ditto. The reverse of the photograph has the following information "Established 1856. T. Bennett and Sons, Photographers. Under the patronage of the Prince and Princess of Wales. Worcester and Malvern. Studios: 8, Broad Street, Worcester. Church Street, Malvern." A note in blue pen incorrectly states "Duke of York's visit to Worcester and Croome - 1898".
