Includes tenants, property and farms in Hagley, Churchill, Clent, Kinver, Frankley, Northfield, Kings Norton, Bromsgrove, Hawne, Romsley, Illey, Hasbury, Hunnington, The Hill, Lapal and Warley Salop and telephone and electric power easements and miscellaneous receipts and rent account for the Hagley Estate Company and account in respect of sales.
Also includes disbursements in respect of income tax, land tax, general rates, sporting rates, water rates, tithes and other rents, permanent improvements, repairs, roads, gates and fences, work in woods, drains, insurance, audit expenses, agent's salary, sundries and Hagley Hall and Park.
