The volume contains minutes and reports from all officers and committees, permanent and temporary, covering finances, improvements, trade, navigation, education, welfare, public health, laws, utilities, property, services, employment etc. Fore-edges of the pages stamped or annotated by the Town Clerk.

Volume 27 covers 1913 - 1914.
