Bundle 1 contains abstracts of accounts and tolls, spanning several years for various periods between 1809 and 1823.
Bundle 2 contains annuities and stock receipts, dating from 1826 to 1882, including those in the names of Vincent Stuckey, Moses James, Thomas Rowley Hill, Samuel Crane, John Wheeley Lea, Josiah Stallard and others.
Bundle 3 contains rough lists of expenditure and income, listing surname and amount under various headings such as annuities, interest, bank receipts, officers' salaries etc. Roughly listed by date, some pages are missing and others are out of sequence and the expenditure referred to is unclear. Mostly covering 1809 to 1823, with one sheet dated 1793 regarding mortgages.
Number 4 is an almost-empty notebook with details of Lord Coventry's gift to the Trustees in 1823
Bundle 5 contains duplicate returns of tolls, church rates etc to be returned to local government, including some blank forms and circulars reminding the Trustees to complete them.
